Is Facebook Doing A 2Go? One-In-Four Users Have Deleted The App

It's no more new that Facebook is no longer appealing to the younger generation. Also, few week ago, they lost one million active users - the highest in the company’s history. Now, In a recently concluded survey of 4,594 people, it was seen that 26% of these people deleted the app from their phones. So more people keep deleting the Facebook app from their phones. In addition, the stats also disclosed that 9% of those people downloaded all the information Facebook took from them, 54% have adjusted the privacy settings on their app, and the percentage of those who have taken a break from the app is 42%. Younger ones are more likely to delete the app from their phones than older ones. 44% of people aged 18 – 29 actually deleted the app. The privacy adjustment was also made by more of the young ones, while both adults and young ones took almost the same amount of break from the app with 47% and 40% respectively.
